On my current business trip I am flying Qantas for the first time and I am booked in economy class on all flights. Already on my first flight (NRT-SDY) I was very much surprised by the kindly staff – and believe it or not – they even smile (other airline’s staff refrains from this habit in economy class. The planes are pretty clean and they even try to keep the toilets into good condition during a 9 hour flight. The only real drawback is food. They quality is not only poor, but the amount is surely not enough. So after arriving at Sydney in the morning, my first way lead me to a cafe to have breakfast after getting “breakfast” two hours before landing.
